Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. We understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment will be fully refundable or credited. Please call the office to make your cancellation or to reschedule. 712-318-3863. (Office phone is voice only) Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
